A message from the creator
Harold De La Matta
Founder — U.S. Air Force veteran
When I was a kid, I used to see lights — many of them — especially when I stayed with my grandmother up in the mountains. I had vivid dreams of abductions, the kind you never quite shake. My story kept evolving as I grew up, and I've been an aficionado of the weird ever since.
I built Mystery Portal because people who see something deserve a place to document it, back it with evidence, and be believed — without the ridicule. This is that place.
Whether you're a lifelong skywatcher or you saw something last night that you can't explain — welcome. Document it, stamp it with evidence, and let the community help you make sense of it. We're building this together, and every report matters.
